fluid 4-3-3 formation with the front 3 interchanging positions! Would defeat all of europe's top guns... FACT!!

Firstly 4 of the players named on that list will not sign, & secondly i dont think welbeck would be ideal on the wing as he is effectively the target man but the fluidity is a great idea as i have seen that welbeck has a decent cross on him when he has too, i dont see mvila or martinez signing & i'd prefer a more aggressive player like strootman who seems like a more realistic signing in some ways but will probably be over priced also. i'm going to see how this years transfer sagas unfold & develope before i get my hopes up, as hazard has already put a dent in my confidence in man utd to sign europe's current & future elite...

a more aggressive player like strootman?? Have u seen m'vila play? Hah***

I agree with your centre midfield choice of strootman, it would give the wingers a tiny bit more attacking freedom and it would help stop us crumbling so easily against possession oriented teams.

De Gea, Jones Smalling Vidic Baines, Carrick Strootman, Valencia Young, Kagawa, Rooney. Subs- Lindegaard, Evra, Evans, Anderson, Cleverley, Nani, Welbeck. Loan out Powell.
Thats a very good line up mate.Very realistic aswell.
I agree completely with this although I think Ferdinand and Rafael have better shouts of getting in the team than Jones and Smalling (I think Smalling and Evans will be close though)

I would also have Clyne as a cheap future signing and direct competition for Rafael immediately.

Yeh jamesey mate I'd like an out and out right back to challenge Rafael too I just don't know who I'd buy. I know a lot of people say Clyne but I've only seen him play once so I couldn't put him in there. If SAF thinks he's good enough though I'd be more than happy if we got him! Who would you buy for centre mid?

this will be our line up next season i reckon
I think it is unlikely that Scholes and Carrick will be so readily displaced from the team. Obviously Scholes will be rotated but I think Carrick is safe until he is forcefully overtaken.

Good team though and very realistic formation.

Cheers silvester mate, realistic was what I was going for. The only one I'd question is Strootman, not because I don't think he's a realistic target, but because I don't think he'd be a target for SAF. I think he's got other players in mind for the midfield. I just hope he buys someone. I'd take a young Phil Stamp at this point!

Re: Line up for next season (READ ITS AWESOME!)

de gea, clyne/rafael, smalling/jones, vidic, alba/alaba, strootman/m'villa, fletcher/cleverly, kagawa, valencia/nani, eriksen, rooney..........signings would be 1-clyne, 2-alba or alaba, 3-strootman or m'villa, 4- kagawa, 5-eriksen. played in a 4231 formation. kagawa can also play just behind striker so it could be turned into a 4411 formation if needed without change of personel so it can be altered half way through a match.
