Re: ManUtd.com: Kagawa deal agreed - your reaction

Kagawa will be comfortable in United if Park stays. Why? Park used to play in Japanese league and speaks Japanese very well.

All man utd fans are thrilled and happy to hear such great news. So am i. Because this would be the great day of my life. And one important thing I would really want Sir Alex to give out details about those leaving and morever all united fans including me want nani to stay at the club. And also if the rumour is true finalise the deal for dembele and modric.

What an amazing signing, Shinji Kagawa is one of the most talented players in Europe and he is only 23, Can't wait too see him play for us next season one thing is for sure he will make our team much better. Hopefully there is some more action and we sign more players.

    Re: will kagawa start?

I agree, a settled starting 11 is very important and the midfield is vital. Hopefully Kagawa will get a permanent place in midfield.

Finally, a real NINJA with super vision comes to OT. Great signing from the German Champion 2010/2011 & 2011/2012.

    Re: How will Kagawa fit?

I think he has been bought for his adapatability, he can play wide in some matches, just behind a striker, or in a midfield 3! He may even play in a two man midfield at times, if he is given orders not to wander too far forward! Great addition! I would imagine his key role will be in a 3 man midfield against the better teams in the league/ champions league! It was clear last season we needed an extra body in there, particularly in Europe!

Good signing for a good price, could this be the start of a change in tactics to fit him in?

Great signing for the club. I have watched SK play for Dortmund this past season and although the pace and physicality of the Premier is quite different to that of the Bundesliga, Sk should have no problem fitting in. So Welcome Shinji can't wait to see you wearing the Red of Manchester.

    will kagawa start?

i have often said it's the starting 11 of the team that needs to improve, not jthe squad as last season showed we already have the strongest squad in the land. what we needed to do this summer was introduce impact players with more ability than what we have and thats what i think kagawa is. personally it would be a dissapointment if ferguson just uses kagawa as a squad player. i think he is the sort of player that should play as much as possible. at the start of last season fergie spoke of putting reducing his rotation policy but injuries put an end to that . i hope this season we see a more settled side especially in the midfield area. chemistry in that department is very important. i also feel we would do well to bring another body in there. what are your thoughts?

    How will Kagawa fit?

Absolutely chuffed with this signing, fantastic little player, but will he play in a midfield two, out wide, in the middle of a 4-3-3 or just behind Wazza?
