biggest load of *** ive heard recently.

There is barely any difference between a SS and an AM. The difference being only how they treat themselves off the ball, rooney has been playing an an AM. Welbeck is a better player than Kagawa, Kagawa will not force welbeck out of the lineup you are crazy if you think that.

Yes in an article with no quotes where the journo had apparently heard from some random third party that this is what happened.

I will take my own footballing knowledge over the media any day. Especially since my knowledge is based on facts and not ideals.

He could throw Rooney on the wing from time to time too, with Kagawa in the middle, and Hernandez or Welbeck up front. Can't imagine it happening often though.

i don't know a lot about kagawa, but that is the place i would have taught he'll play in aswell, someone to complement wayne in his pursuit to scoremore and help wayne out so he wouldn't have to use so much energe trackin back.i think SIR should build his team this new season around are strikers and forwards,it makes certain sence because of the talent are forwards and wingers have.this will become clearer when the window closes, because we'll then see the players that are brought in and the players that have been showin the door.anyone think were in for another striker, because berba, owen are leavin.SIR has most of the time went with 4 strikers in recent times..i know we've a good few young strikers atm,but correct me on this if im wrong but theres not much height in are current strikers or is there..opinions ppl....

Well the difference is an am/ss instead of one of the midfielders, you can still make a 4-4-1-1 younger without changing formation.

Why do you want Rooney out of the team?

4-4-1-1 is a 4-5-1, no difference. We played this lineup last season and the problem was paul scholes and carrick are too old and slow, not much stamina between them. That it why I have not included scholes, need a younger midfield. I hope there is a chance we wont play rooney, but I doubt fergie will take him out at any time.

Rotation, rotation, rotation. Depending on form and injuries, all the attacking players beside maybe Rooney will be competing with eachother for a place in the team. I don't think we can put a solid formation to the attacking players we have now.

My biggest issue with this formation is how you think we could use this formation? We would literally be the only top team that uses 4-2-3-1 without a top tackler? You have just taken a 4-4-1-1, made the wingers more offensive, then not compensated in defense for the more offensive wingers.

Next season as the team is now.

It is pointless writing up teams of players who are not actually in the same team, you can do that on Fifa or pes go knock yourself out. I think the main question at the moment is where kagawa will play. Personally I do not think he will be central, I think he will take Nani's place on the left. This is due to 1 reason, Rooney plays attackind mid, so if we put Kagawa there rooney will be moved to lone striker, this means welbeck wont be played. Is Kagawa gonna replace welbeck? I highly doubt it, Welbeck plays the lone striker better than rooney and unless rooney is gonna be benched I doubt this will work out. On the left however I think he will replace Nani due to the fact Nani has not improved enough and has played poorly.

Valencia and Young will compete for right winger, Young can also replace Kagawa on the left so it works out fine. Rooney will be AM again no doubt.

Carrck will be first choice central mid again his parter though I do not know. His partner could be Scholes again but that pairing is too old and slow, It would work much better with Cleverley or Jones. This brings me onto my 2nd idea, Jones is not gonna make it as a first choice defender, hes not good enough but since Pogba is leaving he would make a very good def mid. He has the power and staminia similar to Yaya toure, his passing and technique is not as good but hes only young. I hope cleverly gets to play a lot next season though, his passing is the fastest in the team and he gets the tempo much higher, 1 touch passing of barca standard.

God knows I would use anyone but Evra but as it stands now, Fabio is going on loan and so it Fryers. Rafael looked good for the majority of the season, only at the end did he make mistakes he will be fine. Evans looks to be first choice after last season, his partner is a question I hope for Smalling. Vidic is a slow donkey and cant play at the top level. Vidic against stoke and hes happy, u put him vs Barca, arsenal, real madrid and hes totally outclassed. Smalling is much faster and he will become a different level to vidic.

De dea and Lindegaard had great seasons, either or. Even Amos looks great.
