    Valid point, even Scholes wouldn't get a look in tbh, but thats only because of Xavi, which in all fairness he's probably the only CM in the world that could keep Scholes out of a team, our other CM's would probably make Barca B team if they were lucky. Thiago could be a better addition to us than Modric, given the fact he's very young. However chances of Barca allowing him to leave are minimal given he recently signed a new deal and has a ridiculous by out clause inserted into his new deal

    these were rumours and i think his father, mazinho hinted it was true. considering our midfield situation with scholes retiring it was probably true

    You are completely Right.... i would do the same, yes Modders is 26 and super PL experienced but i'd rather go with Thiago who at 21 will be a huge future star at what ever club he's at and by the time he is 25 he will be better than modric & Sniedjer in his prime.... personally i think he will be a new Xavi which we DEFINITELY need.

    He would complete our midfield especially how we are weak now meaning he would be getting a lot of game under his belt if he came and PL experience ... in other words he will be our next BIG STAR like Wazza, Ronaldo, Cantona ect.

    I know im hyping him up alot but i'v seen him play many times and for 25m euros he is 100% worth it..... kcuF barcaa....

    Actually it would be weird to link Thiago with Man Utd because he's not a star yet.IMO,there were an element of truth in that story.But it's just my opinion but i could be wrong.As for Sneijder,the press keeps linking him with Man Utd because he's a star.

    I think he'd be a brilliant signing! Admittedly I haven't seen too much of him but when I have I've always been extremely impressed with him. He definitely seems like a player who Fergie could turn into a real star. I don't know whether I actually believe all of these rumors though, I'm pretty sure he signed a new contract at Barca last year?
    My transfer policy? Do whatever it takes to bring our Cristiano back home!

    And while we are at it lets just sign pedro , xavi and inniesta also and we are sorted .........and if possible put david vila in tooo :)
