Well in the below pic, they are all driving on the right side of the road, my first thought was america but they don't have roundabouts, then I looked at the monument in the middle and thought, it has to be a European country, then you have the mountains in the back on the top picture, I changed my mind, the design of the middle of the roundabout looks very Italian, I would guess somewhere in Italy or Switzerland but where? I don't know...
