Obviously Thierry Henry is jealous. He has never, and will never win what Ronaldo already won.But yeah, he should be jealous cuz lets face it's Ronaldo and he is such a good player!

Yes there are  a few and i agree they are jealous ,there is no other who can match what cristiano did last season ,because of all the uproar over this real madrid thing they think they have the right to have a go at ronaldo ,he will get world player of the year and ballon`dor ,and they are only picking messi because he is the only player close enough to ronaldo to have a chance of winning it ,why not go for some one else in europe ,no they cant they are all sticking there oar in to try and influence the people who picks it .

And also he plays for manchester united and as every one knows they all hate us !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I keep readin and seeing all sorts of comment from players over the Ballon D'Or and FIFA player of the Year. i respect some player comments but others really infuriate me. example is Thierry Henry's comment on goal.com that Messi deserves these awards to Ronaldo.

A. lots of pointless dribbling.

Premiership Winner, Champions League Winner, Premiership Golden boot winner, European Golden Shoe Winner,PFA Players' Player of theYear, PFA Fans' Player of the Year, FWA Footballer of the Year, UEFA Club Forward of the Year, UEFA Club Footballer of the Year, FIFPro World Player of the Year, Barclays Merit Award, Two Times Player of The month. plus loads more.

i wonder had it been Henry who had achieved all that CR7 did last season and then told that the FIFA player of the year was to be given to someone who played for just two months a whole season.surely he would be smilling. i think He's just jealous that he has never achieved in his entire carrier what Ronaldo has in just 5 Seasons.
No player has been in continual improvement in the past three seasons like Ronaldo. he's achievements have kept on increasing and his form ever-improving. he's a better all-round player than any of his rivals. the only thing Messi does better than Ronaldo is dribble about aimlessly.

i think based on what CR7 has done last three seasons especially last season (and all professinal footballers know how difficult/virtually imposible it is to achieve such a feat.) anybody who says another player deserves the Ballon D'Or or FIFA player of the Year than Ronaldo is Plainly Stupid, or a Jealous Hater. which Thierry Henry is one. How he wishes he could achive half of what Ronaldo did last season. what a hypocrite. but i can understand because i am also envious of Ronaldo. common, who isn't?
