Last year they were also great, but this year the defense has been from other planet.. United have won 6 games by 1-0 on those 10 games, and if it wasnt for the defense, we wouldnt be at the top of the league..

We have officially matched Chelskis Premier League record of 10 consecutive cleansheets thanks to another awesome display by our water tight defense , keep it up lads!, now lets set a new Premier League Record of 11!

AMAZING... no one word can describe the performances that Vida puts in week after week. I agree probably the best centre back currently in the world!! Rio will have to up his game when he comes back.........

To our unsung heroes i want to say... 

GREAT JOB BOYS !!!!!

12 consecutive clean sheets and a mere 10 goals conceded in 20 matches!!!!!!!

Its an ALL LEAGUE Record!!

Ferdinand - Been absent trhough injury, but has played a major role in the development of our up and coming defenders , and airtight!

Wes Brown - Also a victim of injuries but we all know about his awesome improvement lately filling in for our Captain Gary Neville.

Gary Neville - Has proven to all that he is far from done, a legend!

Johnny Evans - Many had their doubts about Evans, he's rubbished those doubts with his display against Chelsea, awesome prospect!

Patrice Evra - What can i say, this guy is WORLD CLASS!! Front and back, he is just awesome!

Rafael - Watch this space ! This guy is going to be huge, soon we will have another Evra at RB!

John o Shea - Any position gaffer , give him any position, he is invaluable to our squad, awesome display against Wigan and Stoke City!

Van Der Sar - Our number one stopper! Who says he's done?? This guy is far from done , he is just awesome! 

And last but not least :

The man of the moment , currently our best player , and the best defender in the world in my opinion...NEMANJA VIDIC !!

Vidic -  has been immense in the absence of Ferdinand, a solid brick wall ... Commands the defense like he's been doing it for many years..A strikers worst nightmare!
