Good Morning Lauz, Aaron I am assuming is the youngest of the two older boys right? o boy if he is as stubborn as my Billy was...darn that boy God rest his soul wanted nothing to do with Tony my youngest natural son for weeks...If family and friends said "Can I take your new baby?" He was grabbing nappies and all sorts saying yes take these For "IT" So you are going to need a lot of patience with Aaron trust me...He will develope middle child syndrome..

Berba remind me of Andy Garcia, C Ronaldo is handsome traitor..I love Rafael smile..but for me all Manchester United players are handsome, and the important thing is what they do for the team...and how they play..

robi, O bless I hate babies ***...ok lay her on your knee on a towel, cradle her head and make her comfy...Take a jar of  Vaseline, put some on your little finger and gently work it into her Btm as far as it is comfortable on the outside,  for Amelia...don't worry...she is a baby...you cannot go to far...the Vasalene melts quickly lubricating and softening the poo and if she could she would thank you...we used to do it all the time I paediatrics...

On the subject of perfect hygene "Your Baby" has been in a very sterile enviroment.....you cannot be too clean and I back you and Sarah 100% plus why let a baby look Min g ing ?

united#7, ladies & robi, We used to have a former "Deputy Governor General" where we lived and he always used to invite us to functions....Now I love dressing up for an occassion...However Stiletto heals in the heat with tights ConfusedHuh? Errr No! Therefore I would look for the nicest toe bar sandles and if necessary...juzzz them up to look sort of dressish.... anyway I always maintained if somone is looking down your cleavage, your feet can get away with murder Embarrassed It usually worked...however, one evening he greeted Hubby, Ray & I as he kissed my cheak he wispered "My dear you are always dressed impecable from haid to knee! Having said that. One evening, Going to a very Lavish coctail Party @ The Four Seasons Hotel. Goodness knows what possessed me I was wearing Tights and strappy shoes...I had, had a couple...Ok a few drinks...due to my personality only I knew how I felt Wink anyway as we walked towards the car park, I felt a slight scratch on my foot...instinct made me shake my foot....next thing Ray was in a fit of giggles as hubby was stamping all over...I did not realise "The Scratch"was actually a large blackish scorpion (Apparently the darker ones are highly poisonous) which must have got stuck on my tights covered foot and as I kicked ny foot it flicked towards my hubby! trust me....from that night every cocktail party we attended "I wore tights!"

Awww, nice to hear baby Oliver is finally in the world Big Smile

I was a slight tomboy as a kid, I used to wear nothing but t-shirts and joggers and would get wound up when my mum tried to pick my outfits, I hardly wear sports wear now. I used to hate wearing skirts as well, still now I will not wear a skirt or dress unless I have tights/leggings on, I hate the feeling of my legs getting clammy

    supermum24:

In certain things...I am very traditional...Every time the family went out, in my bag I had clean socks, Bib-Aprons, Baby wipes 2 or 3 T-Shirts and at least one entire change of clothes! I like a child watched in admiration, not because they look ***! So over protective no way...It is called good parenting!

Wendy its nice to know we are not the only ones who think like this when we go out we always carry extra clothing, baby wipes, nappies, bibs by the dozen, just today Amelia has been in her grows today as we have been lounging around the house and she has been a little out of sorts ( she couldn't poo ) and we must of changed her atleast 5 or 6 times and we haven't even been out as soon as she got a bit wet of it came as I dont want to see the rash on her chest of around her neck seen it once thats all soon put a stop to that

Amelia drools constantly at the moment as her teeth are trying to break through bless her,

although we do go a bit nuts we iron her bibs aswell dont know why myself but Sarah likes it that way as she puts it would you wear something not ironed then neither shall she, so obviously I agree with that one

robi, Over protect as much as you like...you may not realise it, but you are setting standards for Amelia! I saw one of my Grandsons for the first time @ 22 months old as I lived overseas in the Caribbean...Every minute his T-Shirts were drenched with drool...I told my D.I.Law he was teething...she'd have non of it...she also said he would not wear a bib...OK...I went out and bought a load of Thomas the Tank & other Character Apron bibs (Tied to the back he could not get them off...plus I started the Thomas the Tank thing going as he loved that character, so I sold him that was a big boy Apron...not a bib...Ofcause he wore them and People stopped staring at him in disgust because he was full of drool....The red drool rash also soon faded! Yes...kiddies get a rash from the constant wetness...I also bought him "Leather Clarks Sandals" Trainers may look cute, but are not healthy...a good leather sandal let their little feet breath! This is essential in growing children...plus a 1-2-3 year old should not have stinking sweaty feet! In certain things...I am very traditional...Every time the family went out, in my bag I had clean socks, Bib-Aprons, Baby wipes 2 or 3 T-Shirts and at least one entire change of clothes!
