Very interesting game in Rome, United must show bravery in away grounds in this part of the tournament. that's why we must win this game away to finish this leg easier.

With a Fast counter-attack and a control midfield we're gonna have this easy.

    with:

                  VDS

    Brown  Rio       Vida     Evra

          Carrick    Hargreaves

    Ronaldo  Scholes   Giggs

                 Rooney

Bench: Tevez, Anderson, Welbeck, Park, Pique.

They are also missing Juan and Simone Perotta. Both are key players for them as well. Perotta is a constant threat from midfield too. But you cannot underestimate Vucinic. He is a true goalpoacher and finishes well. I think the 4-5-1 will help us match the Roma midfield and that is going to be the key. If we can control the center of the park we can win comfortably. Without Carrick, Anderson and Hargreaves will play alongside Scholes and the robustness of our midfield shoud give us an edge.

I noticed that in group stage against Roma this season, we played two strikers(Rooney&Sah) against them both legs. For this time I don’t know but I think our team is getting better and better especially Ronaldo, he has his target and I think he’ll do it. I think Ronaldo will have more space to play when we have more attacking players in the pitch like game against Villa(Rooney, Tevez) because it’s difficult for opponents to mark. Without Totti and previous records will concern their performance and confidence so we have chances  to win this game.

Totti's omission from the Roma squad tomorrow will be a huge boost for us. This should be an entertaining match. Both teams have encountered each other four times - twice last season and twice this season as well so I assume that by now both teams are accustomed to each other!  Also the two teams are doing very well in their respective domestic league. In football sometimes you have to expect the unexpected and I hardly dare to predict any results in most matches but I think a 3-2 win over Roma would be incredible.

For Roma I guess that De Rossi and Vucinic will be keen to score in the absence of their team-mate Totti.

    For Man Utd I guess

    1. Ronaldo will want revenge upon Vucinic for that knock last October lol no no I'm joking Wink but I bet Ronaldo is very eager to continue his red-hot goalscoring form especially against a team like Roma

    2. Rooney is also targeting to continue what he has not done a while ago in the CL (scoring!)

    3. Tevez is also known for scoring late goals at away matches.

Anyway I hope this match's output will be a terrific result in favour of us!

Good Luck lads and make us proud!

SAF should start the same team he used against villa...

Van der Sar (if he can make it), Brown, Rio, Vida, Evra, Schooles, Carrick, Giggsy, Ronny, Tevez, Wazza...

It always has been my favourite United line-up, and it worked perfectly well on saturday... lets hope the guys are still on fire for tomorrow...

    Prediction: Roma 0 United 1

Tough, the game will be very difficult... the fact that totti wont play is not going to make things easier... lets hope the defense plays as usual and ronny, tevez and wazza plays as they did against villa... then, there wont be any problem.

Nani is out of the squad due to injury. But with tremendous form returning to Rooney, he should be the key for the team. If Totti doesn't play, it'll be very difficult for them and i think our back four will handle other players easily. Rooney-Ronaldo combination will surely give us a good result. Hope Anderson scores in this game as did Pique.Prediction: 2-0 for us
