    Re: defoe

I think he is a very good player but is too ball greedy for my liking , i think the move to pompy was a good decision though, getting regular 1st team football(cause they have no one else), dont think hes united quality though

    Re: defoe

Defoe is a class act, but unfortunatly we would want him to spend too much time on the bench, and thats why he left spurs, it is one of the best suggestions i have heard on here though! huntelaar would also be a great signing in my opinion, however he seems to be similar to munucho, i dont think we  will see another stricker this season, infact i would be suprised to see any big name signings, i think we might get a few SAF suprise buys!

(sorry for the bold, my keyboards playing up!)

    Re: defoe

You're right. Defoe is a good striker since he can score goals. But United does not need him. We already have two strikers that are similar to him but better in terms of overall play. (Rooney and Tevez). What we need is someone like huntelaar. I really wish SAF will make a move to get him this summer. He is tall and a proven goalscorer. He can easily guarantee 20+ goals a season.

    defoe

doe's any1 agree that defoe is a class act and should of been snapped up by SAF years ago, coming through the same youth system as ferdinand and carrick, hes speedy scores loads of goals most of them class, i think he would be a good signing only negative thing about him is his height!

    any 1 agree with me?
