In all honesty if we dont get a new forward we can kiss good bye to winning the premier leuage,and depending on who we get in the groups it could be difficult to get through the knock out stages of the cl.Berbatov cannot go through another season like last year,there is no real back up now,Owen will be out injured before the season even kicks off that you can Garuntee.Obertan will hardly play.So where are the goals coming from?Theres no loyalty card f to award you points for saying what others want to hear,we are not alright at this current moment in time,Berbatov or Rooney injured and we are fooked and if both are at the same time,then what.The prolific Anderson,Carrick,Valencia,Fletcher to score all the goals.

i dont  think we need anymore players also.some of our players just have to improve. nani, park, anderson just needs some goals and rooney as well and that will b all.hopefully valencia can improve more and obertan from his videos, i think he'll be great in future. but lets leave it all to the maestro himself, Fergie.

But we have Owen shannon people think we dont need anymore signings....people think if Roo and Dimi are injured Owen can do the business..........as you say if we get a striker in then i will rest a little easier but if you think im going to be happy going into the new season with Owen as back up then im going to need more stella than ever....The thing which most fans dont see is there all saying 'Were fine as it' etc etc bla bla....Sir Alex himself has said to challenge on all fronts we need 4 quality strikers and do we have that at present? No.....we did Roo, Dimi, Tevez, Ronaldo (not a striker but scored more than any).......Cole,Ole,Yorke,Sheringham........

Are you mad....we lose 2 quality forwards (one special) and we replace them with a sick note and two players who havent been brought for there goalscoring.....Macheda and Welbeck are young and learning you cant rely on them to score what Tevez did net alone what white badge kisser did....Why are some fans so ruddy naive....Cant you understand the simple terms of this we lost 50 goals and replace them with Owen (who only the blind can see him doing well) Valencia he is not been brought for his goals and Obetan who isnt a goal scorer what part of that dont most understand? You must think Rooney and Dimi are going to score 30 each and the rest around them get 8-9 well your fooking crazy if you do....i give up with some people on here i really do if they cant understand lamen terms...You lose 50 goals you need to replace them or near to that sum and we havent which is FACT ...

Everyone who thinks our midfield isn't good enough

It was good enough last summer?   so why isn't it good enough this summer

Just because barca ruined us in midfield just means they have class midfielders. so what we dont have to be the best in every position

 

we have Carrick,Hargreaves,Anderson,Fletcher,Possebon,Valencia,Giggs,Nani,Park,Obertan

and Rafael and Fabio can play on either wing

 

and who is a serious target we are after that is mid

I'm not complaining about the wings but the centre of the field. Last season, we had Ronaldo as a striker so both Berba and Rooney played deep and helped out the midfield. We must admit that we got lucky loads of times and we should thank our defense, Ronaldo and Rooney for winning the league. As for our midfield, we were exposed twice against Liverpool and then against Barcelona.

Scholes is getting older an he can not play at the highest level anymore. Hargo is injured most of time so if you think that three players are enough for long season than you are wrong

Our squad is NOT good enough with Owen replacing Tevez and with Hargo injured. I don't say we should by expensive stars thats for Real Madrid. But maybe Veloso and one striker that is better than Owen. What if Rooney gets injured, replacing him with Owen is stupid. We have Macheda and Welbeck but they are both too young. Our no. 1 target should be a striker. 

i think we need one or two more players. we need a left winger to replace park in the starting xi.( rooney to play upfront not left) now thtat we got valencia to track backand attack i think we need a another attacking winger. i have given up on nani (i hope he comes good) and i also think likes of obertan and tosic will take time to develop. we also need a CM. if SAF decides to play the 4-3-3 formation we cannot risk playing this formation with only 3 FIT CM. scholes and giggs are getting old and we dont know when and how hargreves will return.

i agree we dont need anymore becuase we will miss ronaldo but we will have a less selfish team now with valencia tracking back working hard and will score some goals i think thats what park lacks in his game the owen signing was pure genius by ferige what a quality player he is and prorpbaly will get more goals than tevez all we need is hargreaves back so we are solid in that defencive midfield postion but come on we have rooney he is worldclass like ronaldo but hes gone so ronney will step in to his place and possilbly win PFA of the year get some achivements also berbatov will come together and will be exelent and show those doubters and prove them wrong
