    after Arsenal!

anyway, I have now changed my mind and the force makes me feel we can actually punch this one to get a 2-1 win.

The only glimmer of hope I can see for us today is not the fact that Chelsea have lost two games, but rather the way in which they lost them. They were twice on a decent run of form and then from nowhere they lost with two very poor performances.

My honest prediction is a 1-1 draw, which wouldn't be the worst; we still have to welcome them at OT later this season with our slump already left behind.

                       VDS

    O Shea     Vidic     Evans     Evra

              Anderson    Fletcher

    Giggs                                Valencia

             Rooney    Berbatov

That would be a team to win the game but fergie could do a 4-5-1 and put Carrick in instead of Berbatov with Rooney up front on his own.

    Prediction: Chelsea 1-1 Manchester United.

January is a massive month for Chelsea, even if they can buy new players. Losing players to the African Cup Of Nations will test them. If they can come through that month unscathed, they are a real genuine threat. I think that is always the month where the true contenders are decided. Arsenal though, are starting to come on strong. Predictions for final four in this order are: United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool

Re: what feeling do you have about how the chelsea match will turn out

Keep hearing about Chelsea's aging squad. If Giggs, Scholes and Van Der Sar all play, we will have the three oldest players on the pitch. If there is any club using players past their prime it's us. Also the transfer ban that looks likely to be imposed on Chelsea has been rendered almost completely pointless by giving them the oppertunity to buy in January. The same transfer window should also help alleviate any problems they may have with a few players going to the African Cup.

We do have better strength in depth and a willingness to give youth a chance but we do not have a stronger first eleven.

At some point, we are going to win at Chelsea; why can't that day be today?

A game that's really tight to call. I said on a thread earlier on, that it depends which United team shows up on the day. Our best performances have been away from home this year against Spurs, Stoke and Wigan and I obviously won't write us off. In the context of the season, a win would be big for us, having not won there since 2002. Of course, a win won't guarantee us the title. A defeat won't be catastrphic but we don't want to go into each weekend trailing Chelsea and needing to win because that puts pressure on us and pressure often equals mistakes. I think 1-0 United and I have this feeling Fletcher will grab the goal. But of course, that is a big ask, to go to Stamford Bridge and keep a clean sheet. If we can contain Drogba and Lampard, I think we'll be ok.

On one final note, I am absolutely devastated that I am going to have to miss the game because I've got to go to a work meeing which is compulsory; from 4 till 6!! I am dejected.

I will predict 3-1 Manutd. Rooney will be unstoppable...as we know he will try to dedicate a goal to Kai....n am sure he will score. The recent form of Berba/Owen make me think the one who play alonside Rooney will also score. Third can be anyone. I expect us to concede a goal.

My prediction is based on the assumption that we score the first goal...bcoz if we concede first...it will be really difficult even to draw....

Hot Girls Love Me - I love them 2:

I had a bad feeling about it but now you asked that feelings gone away lol

i have a bad feeling but i do believe if we get off to a good start and we are organised in defense we have every chance of winning,

i think 1-1 rooney to score first but then drogba to equalise.

'the african cup of nations the transfer ban and also their ageing squad all would be shown and exploited during the busiest period of the season when games come in thick and fast so if we can win it will be one of the big games when we look back at the end of the season' Unfortunately, Chelsea will be able to make transfers this coming window. I expect them to stock up!
