Besides being too conservative in play, I just don't see him being able to control big time, ego, type of players. Fellaini is a good example. Everton's last match, Fellaini was throwing elbows around like it was out of style, just haven't seen Moyes able to reign in Fellaini yet.

Looked good in the 10 minutes of so when he was subbed in. The kid has good ball skills, strong, and aggressive style of play. I say let's play him there at LW or LM, can't be any worse than Young on the left.
