Phil Jones said numerous times his best and favorite position is centre back. If we start playing him all over the place he will become the next O'shea and that would be a great waste of his talent.

I don't think we really need anyone at the moment to be honest, plus we're almost injury free so it's not like squad rotation is a problem. There isn't really much point bringing in a youngster at the moment either because they will barely play at this time anyway.
