he has been so inconsistent that sir alex had to send him away for a few months to a special training camp during a season, i ca't think of any other united players who have been sent away mid season to clear their head.

i think when he has his head sorted and is fit he is one of our best players. very inconsistent though, for the last 6 years one week he has been brilliant the next awful then he runs rings around real madrid , then he get sent off etc...
