If we're spending that kind of money on that kind of player, ie an established international in their peak, then I would sooner go for Moutinho. I think he would actually be a better fit personally as well as being easier to get and a little cheaper oh and a year younger AND a bit more of a battler.

He must stay, especially with SAF retiring. With Scholes retiring too, Nani and Rooney possibly off (and I think Evra is likely to leave for France too personally) it is very important that we keep a core of older United players in the dressing room even if not on the pitch.
So yes it's a must for me, evolution not revolution.
