  • Re: Hargreaves, Fletcher, Essien

No offense but if you or anyone thinks that Fletcher is better than Essien you either know nothing about the game or are unable to see passed your bias. Not only is Essien the best defensive mid but he is also got the passing ability somewhere near to Xavi and Gerrard etc. Not only that he scores a number of goals. Essien is world class Fletcher ...

  • Re: Alan Smith

Are you all on ***. Smith was one of the most under productive players I've ever seen. It was a breath of fresh air not to see him in the starting line up!

  • Re: We've all seen Obertan play, do we still need another midfielder?

I'd say a creative one would be fantastic. The reason is that all these kids are kids and they have potential. That's it. You can't put all this pressure on them because they may faulter. Where's Dead Poet when I need her? He's ***! I'm sick of the Podolski threads. He's a failure as a player and his back at the club he started. Barely played for Bayern and now barely plays well. Over Rated Over Hyped RUBBISH. A powerful shot that's all he has. Too bad it's an inaccurate and inconsistent one! I'd ...

  • Re: I think Rafa's lost it

I think Benitez lost the plot ages ago. It astounds me how so many people think he is a brilliant tactical mind! If he was such a genius he wouldn't bind mediocre Spanish players or a players who ho have been injured for months or incapable of playing at the top level. He subs Torres off when games are still in the balance and leaves Benayoun ...

  • Re: Carrick Today

I don't think his performance is something to get excited about and to be honest he wasn't fantastic either like some United fans here have said already. It staggers me how one-minded a lot of people here are as you are not able to criticise a player at all these days. That being said I think most of you by now realise that I am not, have ...
