  • Re: Anyone seen Kagawa?

[quote user="Manchester1989Utd"]Kagawa is our best midfield player with the possible exception of Carrick and we'd sooner set up with chumps like Anderson (whose *** off) and Cleverley who might look good in a Wigan shirt but he's *** at United and Jones, who fair enough is a great player, but he's a bloody CB not a CM. Even ...

  • Re: clevs goal- assist carrick

[quote user="-mb-"]Thought it was a great goal, and it sums up the type of player Cleverley is, he passes and immediately looks to get into the position to receive the ball again, and credit to Carrick for putting the ball on a plate for him. Thought they both played well again, as with last week, just wish Carrick hadn't been took ...

  • Re: Nani or Young

If Nani could be more consistent I would always play him ahead of Young.. But on current and recent performances, I have to go with Young, particularly because even on a bad day Young gives much more help on defense.

  • Re: I don't think we'll sign...

Scholes justifies his selection in central midfield, but in an increasingly limited capacity. But Giggs in the middle is a definite no-no for me. He plays the occasional killer ball, but he gives it away far too often. But hopefully, injury-free seasons for Cleverley and Andrson, along with the continued development of Petruci, will eliminate ...

  • Re: Giggs and Scholes are legends! but they are holding us back

I think Scholes might still have a role to play against run of the mill teams or in short stints. But United's vision has never been merely to beat run of the mill teams! He is totally out of place against the top teams - look how easily he was brushed aside by YaYa yesterday. And Giggs is just past it ... period! Surely we have youngsters ...

  • Re: Welbeck out!!!

could be just another piece of gamesmanship by the old goat to try to lend credibility to his pathetic touchline hand bags with Mancini after Welbeck was fouled!!!

I'm just as confused as you! Could the gaffer be getting fed up and decided he'll get no more picks till he signs!?

  • Re: Now we have seen them.....Eriksen or Martinez??

[quote user="bensmith130"]If we don't sign Modric in the summer, I am almost certain that one of these guys will sign for us. Eriksen has quick feet, great vision and a good range of passing. Martinez is strong, great passing ability, can defend and go forward and is very slick. I would say after watching them both, Martinez is ...
